What founding partners ask us

I run a small firm. Is this for me?

Yes, probably exactly because of that. The model is designed for firms that can't yet carry a full-time commercial leader but do need strategic direction to break past founder-dependence.

Will you do business development for us?

No. That's a deliberate choice. I build the BD system, coach your partners, and steer your deals, but I don't pitch in your place. The motion has to keep working after I'm gone.

My partners hate "sales". Will this work?

Yes. The whole point is to build a commercial system that fits a services firm — where senior trust, reputation and expertise lead. We don't bolt on a SaaS sales playbook; we structure what already works and remove what doesn't.

Do we need to productize our services?

Not entirely. Most successful firms have a mix of bespoke premium work and 2-3 productized offers. I help you find that mix without commoditizing what makes you premium.

What is the minimum engagement length?

A Quickscan takes one week. An Audit takes three to four weeks. A Growth CMO retainer is a minimum of three months. A Fractional CRO is a minimum of six months.

What if we already work with a marketing agency?

That's fine. I don't replace them, I give their work direction and make sure it fits how partners actually sell. Existing executors become far more productive once the strategy is clear.
