Fractional CRO & Founder

Simon Pille

I help B2B companies build their entire commercial engine, from strategy to execution, as their part-time commercial leader.

Entrepreneurship runs in my family. My grandfather Bruno Maes invented Brugs pikanterie, my parents built careers in the hotel industry. I started trading at school as a teenager. Today I channel that drive into helping founders and scale-ups structurally grow their revenue.

My story

Not a standard CV.

This is how I got here, and why I build commercial engines instead of just running them.

Roots

Entrepreneurship as family tradition

My grandfather Bruno Maes invented Brugs pikanterie. My parents built careers in the hotel industry, and I was already trading at school as a kid. Entrepreneurship was never a conscious choice. It was simply in my DNA.

Youth

Thinking differently as a superpower

I have ASD and ADHD. That didn't make my youth easy: I ended up in special education and never quite fit in. But that same wiring is what makes me who I am today. Where others see a spreadsheet, I see the missing system behind it. I get fully absorbed by a problem until it's solved. What once seemed like an obstacle is now the reason clients bring me in.

16-23

From politics to entrepreneurship

At sixteen I joined the Bruges youth council, where I spent seven years trying to make an impact. The turning point? A meeting about the Bruges library. Weeks of preparation were swept away by the crowd and the impossibility of reaching a compromise. That's when it clicked: as an entrepreneur I can build in a week what takes months here. Along the way I went to Poland and later South Korea, where my worldview changed for good.

Student

Studying and building at the same time

I earned a master's in business administration and a second master's at VUB, where I bridged IT and business strategy. But sitting still was never my thing. As a student entrepreneur I founded Crea-studio (a branding agency), launched techjane and kompuuter through social entrepreneurship, and wrote "Alexander and the dark fury": a fantasy novel that channels my intense view of the business world. Fiction is my safe space to think freely about problems and possibilities.

Now

Blitzt: everything combined

After freelance work through Gighouse, I started helping clients with their commercial growth. At Finvictum I set up the first outbound motion and delivered results straight away. That confirmed what I already knew: I want to help B2B companies build their commercial engine. No theory, but execution. No assumptions, but systems. Blitzt brings together everything I've learned along the way.

Working with me

What you can count on.

01

You always know where you stand

If something isn't working, I tell you. If your budget is better spent elsewhere, I say so. You won't waste months on the wrong strategy.

02

Every session moves you forward

You walk away from every meeting with action items, not just insights. If it doesn't directly improve your pipeline or revenue, we don't do it.

03

You understand everything I do

No black box strategies or consultant-speak. I explain every recommendation in plain language so you can make informed decisions, even after we stop working together.

04

Your business gets my full attention

I deliberately work with a handful of clients at a time. That means I know your numbers, your team, your market. Not just your company name.

Ready for an honest conversation?

No sales pitch. Just a clear conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
