The work focuses on architecture and coaching, not lead-generation execution. Blitzt offers four engagement levels, each designed so the previous step naturally leads to the next: - **Commercial Quickscan** (€497, 1 week): a low-barrier audit producing 3 to 5 concrete quick wins. - **Revenue Audit** (3 to 4 weeks): a full commercial diagnostic with a strategic report and action plan. - **Growth CMO** (retainer, minimum 3 months, 1 to 2 days per week): hands-on commercial leadership for scale-ups without a full-time commercial leader. - **Fractional CRO** (retainer, minimum 6 months, 2 to 3 days per week): strategic leadership for scale-ups with an existing commercial team that needs structure and direction.
